A Word about Windows XP

As of April 8, 2014 Microsoft* will end support for Windows XP. Security updates for new or previously unknown security flaws will not be provided for Windows XP after April 8, 2014. Continuing to use a Windows XP computer after this date will expose the user to targeted malware attacks with the potential to steal personal information. Due to the potential threat we recommend not conducting online banking with Farmers Savings Bank on a Windows XP computer. It is strongly suggested to only use computers with operating systems that are fully supported by the manufacturer. Microsoft suggests upgrading to Windows 7 or 8.1 which are fully supported with security updates. If you have questions about upgrading or buying a new computer please contact your local computer consultant or computer store. More information about the end of XP support can be found at the Microsoft website: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/end-support-help
