Debit Card Setup
Once you receive your new debit card, you'll need to go through the activation process. We've made this process simple through our automated phone system. Just call 1-800-717-4923 from the number associated with your account, follow the prompts, and choose a four-digit PIN to activate your card. Reach out to our team at any time if you have questions about the process.
Lost or Stolen Card?
If you've lost your debit card or believe it has been stolen, please call us immediately at 563-856-2525. If you need assistance outside normal business hours, please call SHAZAM directly at 800-383-8000. Once we've been contacted, your card will be marked as "HOT", which means that your account will be blocked so no further activity can take place and you will be issued a new card.*
